Peyre St Front takes its name from the legend of St Front, the hermit who once lived beside the spring. He so cherished the sweet water that still flows crystal clear to the well beside the house, that he vowed to build a church, out of gratitude. He threw a stone, stating he would build the church wherever the stone should land. The church of St Front still dominates the centre of Corgnac village so many centuries later.

Sheila and Denis would like to welcome you to Peyre St Front; With beautiful polished oak floors and a winding staircase linking the three floors, this professionally designed and restored gite is a part of a typical old French house.

Tall shuttered windows frame the picturesque views from the first floor sitting room and from the bedrooms.
